3. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third-party services to operate the Service:

OpenAI: recipe text and your cooking preferences are sent to OpenAI's API to generate AI-powered recipe customizations. OpenAI processes this data under their API data usage policies and does not use it to train their models.
Stripe: payment and billing information is processed by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy.
Microsoft Azure: the Service is hosted on Microsoft Azure infrastructure.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use essential cookies and local storage to authenticate your session and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and recipes for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, legal obligations).

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
